Forbidden Content and Outgoing Links
You may not create pages containing (or linking to) Pirated Software or Illegal Music, Adult Content, Wares sites, Irc Bots, Hate Sites, Hack Programs and archives, or any other content that Helpful Networks deems inappropriate (at our sole discretion). Helpful Networks will act as the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these conditions. Helpful Networks will also fully co-operate with law enforcement in dealing with unlawful activities performed within our network.
Automated Scripts to Generate Pages or Access Content are Forbidden
You may NOT create automated scripts to generate pages or access content on Helpful Networks for any reason without written consent. If we detect that you are breaking this condition we will block your IP address(es) and/or contact your internet service provider.
We Make No Guarantees that Your Site(s) will be Indexed by Search Engines or Acquire a High Ranking on Them.
Your Page May Be Modified, Moved to a Different Category, or Deleted at Any Time.
At our sole discretion and timing, Helpful Networks reserves the right to move your pages(s) to different categories, alter the content of your page(s), and/or delete your page(s) without warning.
Privacy Statement.
Your IP address, username, password, email address, and page content will be stored in our databases and will not shared with or sold to any third party. Your email address will only be used to contact you personally regarding your account and/or changes/updates with Helpful Networks.
Copyright Information
We suggest that you include copyright information at the bottom of your page(s) if you intent to protect your content.
Quota and Content Limitations
Each 'page' can only be a maximum of 300kB. The file types allowed to be uploaded via email are jpg, png, and/or gif images. In addition, a user is welcome to load content residing on other web servers, provided they have proper permission and the content agrees with our Terms and Conditions above.

The first thing you should do before you consider creating a page on Helpful Networks is to carefully read Google’s information for webmasters. On this page you will discover many helpful "do"s and "don't"s about creating web pages that we strongly uphold and support here as well.

"Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's ranking or PageRank"
You need to be thinking in terms of specific content, helpful content, and related content – then let us do the work of getting you targeted-traffic safely and ethically. If we detect that you are participating in link farms or harmful link exchange programs we will promptly remove your site from our network. Link schemes often put your site on hundreds of pages that might have nothing to do with your site – Google doesn’t like to weed through all that mess and neither do we.
"Don't create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content."
Like Google, we reserve the right to remove pages from our index. If we detect that you are creating multiple pages and categories with similar content, your pages and content will be permanently deleted.
"Avoid 'doorway' pages created just for search engines, or other 'cookie cutter' approaches such as affiliate programs with little or no original content."
ONLY create a page on Helpful Networks if you have thoughts and ideas that might be interesting or helpful for real people. Each and every page on our network is carefully reviewed by our support staff and promptly deleted if it doesn’t meet our quality threshold (see below).
